Volunteer opportunities range from getting your hands in the dirt and learning organic gardening skills, to supporting the delivery of our programs, assisting in the office, leading a gardening education class, fundraising or organizing our community to raise food for those in need.
We welcome both individuals and groups seeking a one-time community service experience as well as those who want to be involved in an ongoing way.

Food Bank Coordinator
Help our local community during these tough economic times by gathering and sharing the abundant harvest from Project Grow!
Gardening Education
Share your knowledge about organic gardening and volunteer to teach a class to benefit the community and Project Grow!
Fundraising
Do you have skills in grant writing, event planning or organizational development? Contribute your skills to support Project Grow in it's development meet the ever increasing community needs!
Office Help
Are you an office wiz? Support Project Grow by aiding with data entry, mailings, organizing files, writing thank you letters, etc!
Program Support
Do you have special skills in program design, management, evaluation or volunteer engagement? Our busy staff is always in need of ongoing support to enhance our programs.
The Discovery Garden
Join this inspiring intergenerational garden community for seniors, children and gardeners with disabilities! Help with gardening support, adopt a theme garden, come build garden community!
The Heirloom Garden
Support Project Grow to plant, maintain and harvest heirloom variety vegetables at the Leslie Science & Nature Center. The harvest is donated to Safe House Domestic Violence Center.
